About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Hello,

Myself and my girlfriend are both canadian citizens working in south korea. We are looking into traveling to china on our schools break. Which visa do we need to apply too? I have looked at your hours and it seems they are only available for application int he morning. I teach at my Hagwon from 9:30-18:30, which makes it impossible to travel the 1 hour train to seoul before class at 9:30. When else can I apply for the visa? Is there any way to do it by email or by fax? Can it be done on a sunday?? Thanks for all your help!!
