I am flying into Shanghai in the afternoon and would liked to go to Taizhou, Jiangsu. Is there a bus or train that goes there?  Thanks!

If you get to Shanghai in the afternoon, you can only go by bus. Take airport bus to Shanghai Train Station and find the long-distance bus terminal nearby its north square. The latest bus to Taizhou leaves at 17:20. If you miss it, there is no other buses.
