About:Shanghai Maglev Train

Hello,

I will take the Maglev rain from Pudong airport to Long Yang station. Then I will change to subway line 1. Do I have to cross the road or bridge or buiding? I need to alight at People's Square, how many stops is that and how much is the fair?

Hi, Ms Amelia, you do not need to cross the road. The subway Station of Longyang Road is below the Maglev station. You can just get of the Maglev station and go downstairs to take the subway. It is Line 2 not Line 1. It is about 7 stops to the People's Square and the ticket is 4RMB.

At Longyang station, you should transfer to subway Line 2, not Line 1. This subway Line will take you to the People's Square directly with a fare of CNY4. You could refer to the details at: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/shanghai/transportation/subway-line2.htm
