About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles
Hi, I was recently offered a job in China, and my employer is applying for the work visa for me. They requested that I get some documents for them, one of them being a Medical Certification of a Physical Examination by a hospital certified by the Chinese Embassy. I tried calling the embassy to speak with a representative, but all the menus I get are automated responses. Does anyone know where I can reach an actual representative?
If not,I live in Irvine, California, so I was wondering where the closest certified hospital is located. I did find a "BG-14 Physical Examination Record for Foreigner," though I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the Medical Certification I need. Thank you for your help!
