After marriage with a Chinese, she can apply for a visiting-relative L visa. Normally it is 6-month or 12-month long and can be extended as many times as she likes in her husband Hukou (ID) city.

As for the 10-year Permanent Residence Permit (Chinese green card), it is really hard to get.
