About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Thanks for the fast response Mr Alva, i was told by some guys that i have to live in malaysia for a year before i can apply for the chinese visa pls is these true?Pls kindly get back to me asap

Actually, a Malaysian residence permit or valid Malaysian visa will be ok.
