About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hello,

I'm travelling to Shanghai in December with a school student group. As the airline tickets and accomodation bookings have been done through an external organisation (YMCA), I do not have these confirmation documents. Will i be able to apply for the visa by merely giving the details of our flight and accomodation, and not provide these documents? I'm a Singapore citizen.
Also, are the visa application hours are really only from 9 - 1130 am on weekdays?

Thanks.

I thiink you should ask the external organisation (YMCA)to provide you a proof of your hotel and air ticket boookings for your visa application.

Yes, the office hours of the visa office is;
Office Hours for Application: 09:00-11:30, Monday-Friday (except holidays)
Office Hours for Pick Up: 09:00-12:00, 15:00-16:00, Monday-Friday (except holidays)
