About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I was wondering if you had any information regarding applying for a Chinese Visa in Argentina. I am a US citizen and my travel plans have changed at the last moment. I may not have time to go back to Los Angeles and get a Visa there.

Every time I call the secretary transfers me to voicemail and no one has returned my calls. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.

The Chinese embassy in Uruguay said you had to be a resident there to get a visa issued.
