About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi, I'm Malaysian going to Hangzhou for a vacation on 2nd Jan 2010, and from Hangzhou, I will be traveling maybe to Shanghai and later Hengdian, the thing is, its more like a spontaneous trip depending on which city may attract me later, I may take domestic flight within China / perhaps just normal road transport, what kind of visa do I need? Will I have trouble taking domestic flights with the visa recommended?

You need a tourist visa for the trip in China. You can write all places you may go on the visa application form, the places will not be shown on your visa, you don't need to worry about it, if you can get a Chinese visa, you only go to everywhere within Mainland China (you need an entry permit from Tibet Tourism Bureau if you will go to Tibet before your visa application)
