About:Shanghai Public Transportation Card

I arrive at Pudong airport at 2300 h. Is there a way i can still purchase a transportation card?

I am afraid not. It is not convenient to buy the card in the airport, for it is sold in Pudong ariport branch of Pudong Development Bank. Suggest you buy it next day in subway stations.
