hi,i have a friend who is a chinese passport holder she is curently in SL and needs to get a visa to dubai while in SL. how can she get it from here and can she leave to dubai from colombo or does she have to go to her country and then go from there to dubai?? please reply..  p.s she has been to dubai before.thanks

I think she should apply for the visa from the UAE Embassy in China, and then go to Dubai from China.
