About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Thank you for all the advice. I am an American volunteer living in the Mekong Delta. I would like to travel to China this winter. I have 2 questions:

1) Does the Chinese consulate in Ho Chi Minh City take visa applications on Saturday?
2) On China's US Embassy website, it states that US citizens can get multiple entry, 24 month visas. Is it possible to obtain this type of visa in Ho Chi Minh City?

Thank you.

1). I think the China Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City are on duty on saturdays.
2) I think it is difficult, but it is still possible if you can provide all of the documents.
