About:Hong Kong Visa Application

Dear Sir/Mdm,

I am writing this email on behalf of my girlfriend who is a Vietnamese. We have intention to visit and tour Hong Kong this December 2009 however I am aware that my girlfriend requires a VISA to enter into Hong Kong.

The Hong Kong Immigration website denotes that there is a need to download form ID 1003A. I can get her to complete the necessary and forward the documents to you. Do I also need to complete the form ID 1003B ? This form ID 1003B refers to sponorship and in this case, we do not have any.

I am a Singaporean and my girlfriend is currently in Singapore. Appreciate if you can advise on the sponsorship issue so that i can follow up accordingly.I am also worried about time constraint. The Tour Agencies in Singapore could not assist her as she is neither a Permanent Resident nor holding on to any employment pass.

Thank you for your kind assistance.

Regards,

Roy Chan

I only know that Singaporean passport holders are exempt from visa to Hk for 90 days.
As for the sponsorship issue, you may enquire the Immigration Department of HK directly by enquiry hotline at (852) 2824 6111 or by fax at (852) 2877 7711.
