we would like to take the Yangtze river cruise tour at Feb 10, 2010. Can anybody give some advice?

I don’t think it’s the proper time to take the Yangtze River tour in Feb since most of the cruise ships will not sail in winter time due to low water level or poor reservations. As far as I know most of the cruise ships will set their first sailing from the end of March.
