1) Which area is the best to stay in, ShangXiaJiuLu, BeijingLu, TianHe, Shamian or ZhanQianlu?

2) Which hotel is the best for 3-people family, Fortune, Guangzhou, Home Inn, Elan, Raystar, 7 Day Inn or Victory? We are people who love to get out of hotel and immediately be able to see shops, restaurants, supermarkets, TCMs, banks, people and activities, day and night.

3) Is there a China government site that I can refer to about travelchinaguide.com, apart from users' anecdotal verifications? I feel better using this website's booking if I can confirm its authenticity, NO offence intended web-owners.
