Hi there, me and my husband will be visiting Hong Kong from 3 to 7 Dec. We are avid toy collectors and we would like to know which is the best place that has the most collector's toys?

I also know that there is this shopping complex where local young entrepreneurs start their small business selling fashion and stuffs, but I cannot remember the name of the building or where it is.
