About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,I'm Malaysian and would like to apply a single entry visa within one day. Below are my question:
- Based on the info i see here, the total expense is SGD 100 (50 for the application fees and 50 for the expedition). Is there any other fees need to be pay?
- If i come apply in the morning, would i be able to get the visa by evening (if i paid for the expedited fees)?
- Can i apply the visa on behalf of my girlfriend or she need to be there personally to sign any document?
- Lastly, does the embassy phone number here still working?Because i have tried to call several times on my query but nobody was answering the phone.

Hope to hear from you soon, thanks.

1. I think there isn't any other fees, but you'd better take some extra money in case of emergency.
2. You may be able to get the visa in the afternoon.
3. I checked the tel number with that on the embassy's official website, they are the same.
