Hello..
Could you pls advise me, can we apply visa on behalf of the person? Where can we get the application form? How many photo they need?

Yes, if the applicants can't go to the embassy to apply for the vis ain person, he/she can entrust a third person on behalf.
You can just download the visa application form from the Embassy's official wesite http://my.china-embassy.org/eng/lsfw/embassyservice/chinesevisa/.
1 applicant 1 photo (black & white or color is acceptable).
