About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I was refugee in Nepal and currently I m living in Atlanta,USA.I came here as resettlement programme of US gov.While coming here I don't had anything like passport,Visa or like that.And I have no any idea about paperworks.But last week I got green card and I am planning to go back nepal once (like tourist) to meet my wife.Is it possible to travel nepal from usa with Green card ? or I need to have Citizenship ? Please help me a simple way how can I apply for and what I must keep in mind while working.

I think your situation is very complicated, you are refugee in Nepal and live in Atlanta now, you'd better contact the Nepalese Embassy in USA to enquire such an issue.
