About:Foreign Embassies & Consulates in China

Hi! I just have a few questions regarding getting an affidavit of support and power of attorney. The situation is this. My children are in the Philippines and I want them to visit me here in China for 2 weeks. I'm living here because of my job. A family friend of ours who's taking care of my children will be the one travelling with them to come here so I will need a Special Power of Attorney designating the representative by name and authorizing him/her to apply for a passport on behalf of the minor in their stead (must be authenticated by the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate General). Also I want to include in the power of attorney that the family friend can also take care of my children's visa as well as other requirements needed in order for them to get here to china. Do you make Affidavit of support as well as the power of attorney that I need? What are the requirements to get these documents and how many documents do I need for the 3 applicants? How much will each documents cost? Please let me know. Thanks!

Here are the requirements for the passport for my children and they are below 7 years old so they're arriving with our family friend and the 3 of them will be staying with me for two weeks only for vacation.

If both parents are abroad:
• Affidavit of support and consent indicating the name of the traveling companion and the relationship to the minor (must be authenticated by the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate General)
• Special Power of Attorney designating the representative by name and authorizing him/her to apply for a passport on behalf of the minor in their stead (must be authenticated by the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate General).
• Certified True Copy of parents' passport (must be authenticated by the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate General)
• Original and photocopy of the passport of person traveling with the minor.
• Original valid ID w/ signature or passport of the authorized representati

Ms.Zyra, I think you have mistaken this websit for the official website of the China Embassy. Here are all travellers who can't issue any certificate for you.
