hi again,

Well, i just apply for the visa on thursday morning dated 29th oct and should be ready for collection on next tuesday dated 3th nov, my question is what time i should come to collect the visa? i mean the regular processing time will be 4 working days, however on tuesday should be the 4th day, so i need to confirm the time to collect? is it at morning or at afternoon. If i come earlier then it will ended to wait for a long time. Pls advise and thanks alot!! :)
