About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

A Malaysia Cirtizen currently in Thailand for vacation and intend to visit China (vacation)immediately he is back to Kuala Lumpur. Can he apply for a China Visa in Thailand? He is unable to apply it in Kuala Lumpur due to the time constraint i.e he is coming back to Kuala Lumpur on 7 November (Saturday) and intend to leave for China on 8 November (Sunday). Actually, he can get the visa from the China embassy in KL within one day. He can go to the embassy to submit the application in anearly mornign before 9:00 pm, and he is possibly to get the visa the afternoon if everything goes smoothly.
