About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

What are the requirements for a multiple entry? I am working in Singapore ( but currently holds a Philippine passport) but was turned away by the embassy there. I might go back here to process the visa.
1. what are the requirements they would ask the foreign worker?
2. How fast would the processing be?
3. How high are my chances to get a multiple entry with 6 months visa if i hadn't even set foot on China not even once?
4. Can all of these things be done in less than a week?
Thanks.

I think you must go back to Philippines to apply for the visa.
1. The requirements can be got from the official website of the China Embassy in Philippines
2. If you request the express swervice, you may get the visa within 2 days.
3. It would be difficult for you to get a multiple entry visa to China if it is your first time to China.
4. Yes, if everything goes smoothly.
