About:China Customs Declaration

Hello,

I will be traveling to China for work. I would like to take some tools and spare parts with me. Is there a limit to what I can take or any specifics on what I need to declare? The tools are basic hand tools for electronics work; screwdriver, wire strippers, crimper... nothing over $50. The spare parts are printed circuit boards worth less then $500.

Thank you,

It is ok to take your tools, but there are limitation toward your baggage. Do they weight a lot. Why not buy those things in China?
