About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

How about Filipinos going to Beijing on a business trip from Singapore? Was there any notice that Filipinos can't get a visa from the Chinese Embassy and that there is a need to go back to their hometown to get the visa? I am working in Singapore and is a Q1 Epass holder. how do i apply for a visa to go to Beijing then?

You can try to apply for the visa in Singapore firstly. If failed, the China embassy in Singapore would tell you where and how to apply fot the visa.

Being a Chinese descent won't be a problem. Nobody knows the exact date to lift the visa suspension for filipinos.

Would this mean that I really have to return to my country and apply the visa there?

Is there a standard format for the invitation letter?what are the details that should be indicated in the invitation letter? Would the invitation letter needs to be certified by the authorized gov't department such as the Foreign Affairs Office?
