How is the location of Sheraton Guiyang Hotel? How much it will take if I take a taxi from the airport to the hotel?

The Hotel is situated in the prosperous central business district, only 15 minutes drive from the Guiyang International Airport. If you take the taxi to the hotel, it will take less than CNY40.00 net. Is this clear?
