About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Hi,
I'm an international student in Los Angeles USA. I plan to visit HK for 4 days on my trip back to Vietnam. Where can I apply for the visa in LA ? How much do I need to pay? ( any kind like money order) I read the info, but I'm confused.

you can apply for the Hk visa from the China Consulate in LA. It takes 4 working days.
