May i know if i apply visiting-relation L visa how long i can stay at there. Can i apply at malaysia china embassy.

You can stay 30 to 180 days in China. You can apply at China embassy in Malaysia.

Hi,

My husdand Z visa will exp date on Dec. If is still can apply the accompanying family visa for me. If i do medical check up on Nov, may i know the physical report valid date is how long.

You can apply for a dependent visa after your husband renew his Z visa. I'm not sure the validity of the Physical exam, but I usually do it less than one week before I submit my visa application.
