Dear Sir,I need a business visa to attend the 106th Canton Fair's 2nd and 3rd phase.It is my very first visit to China therefore I can't arrange any invitation at this stage. But I do have the following documents.1. Fully Completed Application2. Original passport with validity more than six months3. Photocopy of the first 2 pages (personal information) of the passport4. My income certificate/up-to-date Personal Bank Statement5. My company's Registration Certificate6. I am a Proprietor of the Company so A recommendation letter from my company7. A recommendation letter from Chamber of Commerce& Industry8. My Tax Payment Receipt for last year (original   photocopy)9. Return Air Ticket ReservationA part from above documents I am ready to give any kind of undertaking that I will return with in the visa time frame.Also please let me know how I can find the Original Visa Notice SheetAt last, I just need to know the Islamabad Embassy Trimmings/days for Visa Application Collection. Hope you can get some help from the official website of the CAnton Fair.Visa Notice Form can be obtained through application from the relevant government offices (such as Municipal or Provincial Foreign Affairs Office (FAO), Education Bureau, Foreign Trade & Commerce Bureau, etc. in China) authorized by the Chinese Foreign Ministry.Yes, there is express service for visa application, but you have to pay additional fees.
