Hello!  A very good friend of mine is living in China for the next 6 months (originally from US).  His laptop is his main form of communication, however, he told me that it does not work over there...are there only certain types of laptops that work in China?  I've done research and others do not seem to have a problem getting their laptops to work from the states.
