Where is the ticket counter no. 4 situated at pudong airport to buy the shanghai public transport card? is it active immediately on purchasing?Where is the Meglav station situated at pudong airport as i will be catching it to go to my hotel?Do the ticket counter officers speak english?

It seems that the ticket counter is located at the Domestic Departure Hall on the terminal's 2F.After exit from the baggage claim area, you will found very clear English signs to show you the way to the Maglev station. Very easy~Yes, the staffs could service you in English.
