About:Hangzhou Travel

Hi. I am from Malaysia. I just will like to check if there ok to visit Hangzhou in Dec? How is the weather in Dec? Cloudy always? Please advise. Thank you:!!!

It is cloudy and cold in Dec. The temperature is averagely 7 in this month. Maybe lower to -4C. Hope this helps.
