MY question to chinese embassy in K.L.can set up another embassy in johore bahru, now only in KL and penang. easy south JOHOR peoples to applies  VISAfree for the one need passport to travel when apply china visa then the passport submit to KL embassy oy chinawhy dont back to last time system ?Photocopy passport instead submit original passport?

The establishment of new consulate in johore is up to the aggreement between the governments of China and Malaysia. If the the government of Malaysia allows China to set up a new consulate, China can do so, LOL. Because the Chinese visa should be made on the visa page of passport, so the original passport is required to submit, the visa can't be made on the copy of your passport.
