About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Hello. I just wanted to ask. i am here in the philippines now and failed once to get a u.s tourist visa. Is there a time frame when can I apply again to get a tourist visa? Also, I will be going to macau and from macau, I planned on going to USA from macau. Is that possible? what should I do?

if you will just go to Macau, you don't need to apply for any visa, for USA passport holders are visa free to Macau for 30 days.
You can go back to USA from Macau.
