I called Chinese embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan on phone to ask about travel agents. They did not tell me any names. My mother visited Chinese embassy and asked about travel agency. They did not tell her any names. If they are supposed to tell us names and they are not telling, where can we go to make a complaint? Thanks for help.
