About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

I am flying from Tokyo to Milan, change a flight in Shanghai Pudong Airport, does that mean I would need a visa while I am there or I could get 'visa exemption'?Thank you!!!

Yes, you will get visa exemption in Pudong, for you just make a transfer and I guess no more than 48 hours' stay. :-)
