Question

HI,I'm from argentina. and I'm planning a trip to Asia but I'll be leaving from the US to Japan. and then I want to get to China via ferry from Osaka. Should I get the visa in the US or in Argentina? the thing is that I'll be working 6 months in the US. And one final question, I got a ticket from los angeles to tokyo but it has a stop in Taipei, Taiwan for about two hours, do I need a transit visa or not? thanks

You can either apply for the China visa in US or Agentina, but it would be better in Agentina if you are Agentina passport holders.I'm not sure whether you need a transit visa in Taibei or not.
