Do I (I'm a Singaporean PR holding a Malaysian Passport) have to apply for the single entry visa @$50 or $25?

I'm a Singaporean PR holding a Malaysian Passport. Planning to visit Guilin in November, for less than 15 days. Do I have to apply for the single entry visa @$50 or $25? If yes, would anyone know the best timing to visit the embassy? i.e. monday morning etc

Thanks in advance :)

yes, you have to apply for a single entry visa to China , 50 Singaporean dollars. The best time to visit the embassy is Tuesday, wendesday or thursday.
