i want to send a box of items purchased from wal-mart.

Question

I want to send a box of items purchased from Wal-mart.  The items are Glusomine & Kondrotin for knee problems, Multiple vitamins (mature), and Omega 3 tablets.  Are these items allowed to be shipped to china and pass customs without a problem?  If they do not pass customs, what happens to my shippment of items?  The box size is approximately 12 x 12 x 7, and around 13 pounds in weight.   Value of the items shipped will be around $220 US Dollars.  I am aware that I need to fill out a form 2976-A.
