About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

For business visa application, if I already have invitation letter from relevant company, do I still need to bring invitation letter from relevant state departments of PRC?

You don't need to provide the invitation letter from relevant state departments of PRC. Visa Notifications Form from an authorized Chinese Unit, or invitation letters from the host company, meeting or exhibition organizers in China, or an introduction letter from applicant's US company is Ok for Business visa.
