6th Oct 2009Hi I'll be flying direct from HK to Hangzhou next week. What is the best transport (fast and comfortable) for 1. Day trip to Shanghai 2. Day trip to Qiandaohu (preferably a conducted tour would be ideal for Qiandaohu)Thank you

Hello Mr Leong,I'm a Hangzhou resident, just offer some information for you to take reference if you want to take a DIY tour from Hangzhou to Shanghai.The bullet train takes 78mins from hangzhou to shanghai.A single trip is about 54RMB,then you arrive the South Shanghai Railway station.From there it's easy to go for subway which will bring you to the city with half an hour.A day tour booked from travel agent will cost you around 300RMB.For Qiandaohu I think you have to take a bus from the West Bus station,43 rmb,2hours.A day tour is around 190 RMB.Welcome to Hangzhou to enjoy autumn
