About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

Hi, I'm Pakiatan Nationality with Abu Dhabi Residence visa. I have to attend a seminar in Hongkong next month. I have the official invitation letter from the organizer. Where and how can I get a visa to Hongkong? Pls advise. Thank you.
