Hi, im a Filipina but im working here in Singapore....my korean friend is going to Shenzhen for business and will stay there for 1 year, and he is asking me to go there to accompany him. I have been there before. Can i get a china visa here in Singapore for Shenzhen? What will be the requirement needed to apply multiple entry visa 12 months?

Yes, you can contact the Chinese Embassy in Singapore for details. For such a long time, I am afraid you need the invitation letter from China part.
