Question

Hello. I am an Argentinian citizen. I went today to the Chinese embassy in Moscow but it was closed because of holidays until Wednesday. I can't wait for so long here but I am planning to take the transiberian and spend some days in Ekaterinburg and Irustk. Both places have consulate of China. Can I apply there for my visa?? How long does it takes to get it? I don't have any invitation letter, that can be a problem? What papers should I take?Thank you very much,

I guess you can apply for Chinese visa there. Temporary visitors to other countries should apply for a Chinese visa in their own country. If you want to apply for Chinese visa in a third country, you should have the certificate that entitle them to reside for an extended period of time in the third country, such as residence permit, work permit.

Dear Mr. PeterI have been traveling for the last 7 month around the world that why I want to apply my visa in Irkusk or Ekaterinburg. It will be possible? I don't have options to go back to Argentina and then go to China. If it;s possible due to be traveling, do I need an invitation letter??Thank you again
