Hi, I couldnt find the reply to my query I sent so I apologise that I have to ask it again.

I have a local driving licence in Singapore and would like to know what is the procedure to obtain a driving licence in China in particular Shanghai and Xiamen.
Also, as a Singaporean, am I allowed to register for a company in China? Where can I get more information on this?
Lastly, what are the procedures if I want to apply for a work permit in Xiamen?
