Dear Mr David.

I need to check another matter which is..Can my boss apply visa on arrival when he arrived in Shanghai, beijing or Guangzhou?? He is holding an Indonesian Passport. Pls advise.

China only issue on arrival visas to those travellers under special situations, I advise your boss apply for the visa from the China embassy in Malaysia in advance in order to enter China successfully.
