About:China Work Visa

Hello,

My gf just got a 60days L visa to china, but we planing to convert it to Z visa when she comes here, i talked to a company that would hire her but they said she would have to go back to her country to apply for the Z, but meanwhile. i contacted a visa service company in beijing and they assured me that the L can be changed to Z without her leaving china. Do you think its possible to do this ? and is there anything i should be worried about ?

thanks

you don't need to convert the documents, just take original ones to apply for the visa.
