About:Shopping in Shenzhen

Hey,
is anyone having experiences with a purchasing agent?
Is it neccessary to be accompanied by such an agent if Id like to do shopping in the center/ on the markets for business reasons?
(invoices, transport/ shipping and customs fomalities)
Can you recommend any service?

If you can not understand Chinese maybe the agent people can help you translate.An interpreter help you save your time if the guy is trusted.
