About:Chinese Embassy in New Zealand

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a chinese citizen, I am working in New Zealand and finishing my contract here, I would like to go to Philippines to find job if theres any available. My question

1.) Do I need to apply for a visa to enter the Philippines?
2.) How many days I am allowed to stay as a visitor?
3.) And how many times I'm allowed to extend my visa?

Your reply will be much appreciated.

Best regards,
