About:

best way to go from shanghai to ningbo I am arriving on oct 03 @ 2.30 pm so may be i need 2 hour to get my bags and to have some more time ( sometime the flight is late )

Since it is the National Holiday, I don't think you could purchase a train ticket from Shanghai to Ningbo on the spot. So, you have to go to Ningbo by bus.

When you out of the baggage claim area, pleaes follow the signs directing you to the Airport Shuttle Bus Station. Here, you could catch the shuttle bus Line 7 to Shanghai South Railway Station (40~60 minutes). Then, please go to the Shanghai South Bus Station, very close to the south square of the railway station. Then, please catch a bus departing to Ningbo here. The last bus will leave from Shanghai at 20:30, so I think you could get one~
